Analytical Technician and Automation Technician classes take place in the dual system, i.e. combining theoretical education at school with the acquisition of practical skills under the guidance of an employer. Although this type of education already exists in Polish vocational education, the dual vocational education system only became legally regulated by the Ministry of National Education last year.Thanks to cooperation with Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma SA, students have the opportunity to learn under the guidance of the best specialists. In laboratories adapted for this purpose in Polpharma, students can learn to use modern measuring equipment, essential power tools, and reagents. The 4-year teaching cycle includes 750 hours of practical vocational training and 240 hours of apprenticeship within the company’s plant in Starogard.During education, students will receive certificates confirming their qualifications, including: “A.59. preparation of equipment, chemical reagents and analytical samples “and” A.60. performing analytical tests. ” Exams related to these qualifications are scheduled for the second and fourth grade.
