Sebastian Szymanek President of the Management Board

He has been associated with the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. His professional experience includes working in both generic (AstaMedica, Lekam) and innovative companies (Fournier, AstraZeneca). He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Wrocław, he completed his business education at the University of Management and Finance in Wrocław, Oxford Business School and London Business School.

He has been associated with Polpharma since 2007, performing various roles in the commercial division. In 2014, he assumed the position of General Director in Poland. From 2017 to March 2021, he was the President of the Management Board of Polpharma Trade Office. From April 1, 2021, he was the Vice President of the Management Board of Pharmaceutical Works POLPHARMA S.A., and on September 1, 2021, he was appointed the President of the Management Board.

Wojciech Rosa Member of the Management
Board

Wojciech Rosa graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Koszalin University of Technology, Finance and Accounting at the University of Gdańsk, and obtained his MBA through the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM) from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He started his career in financial mathematics and capital investment strategies and in 2003 joined Polpharma Group as a financial controller for the Chemia Business Unit in Starogard Gdański. In subsequent years, he has played a key role in the area of domestic and international industrial operations as the Operational Controlling Director. In 2017, he assumed the position of Corporate Finance Director and is responsible for the finances of Polpharma Group in Poland.

Philip Fritzsche Member of the Management
Board

Philip Fritzsche joined Polpharma Group in 2019 as a Chief Procurement Officer. He brought to the company more than 20 years of experience in different companies within the pharmaceutical industry in various functions including assignments in Asia, Europe and USA. In addition to managing a modern and agile Sourcing and Procurement function across all group companies, he is also responsible for the cross functional External Supply Organization within Polpharma to ensure effective management of our external partners.

Andrzej Dziuban Member of the Management
Board

Associated with Polpharma since 1990, he began his career as a student at the Company-run “Polfa” School and later as an employee in the Environmental Protection Division. Currently, he is the Head of Benefits in the HR Department. In 2013, he was elected the employee representative to the Management Board of Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A.

He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Gdańsk and postgraduate studies in Psychology of Personnel Management at the University of Warsaw.

Dorota Chęć Member of the Management
Board

Dorota Chęć graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Postgraduate studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Poznań University of Economics and Executive MBA studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. She has been associated with Polpharma since the beginning of her career, which she started in the Marketing area as the Product Line Manager in the CNS Division. Later, she managed the logistics area in the Chemistry Business Unit in Starogard Gdański and supported the development of the Logistics area at Farmaprojects in Spain. In 2012, she became the Logistics Director at Polfa Warszawa, and since 2017 she has been responsible for Supply Chain Management in the Polpharma Group in Poland.

Agnieszka Deeg-Tyburska Member of the Management
Board

Agnieszka Deeg-Tyburska has been linked with Polpharma for over 8 years. She heads the Legal, Security and Patents departments. From 2019 until now, she served as the Company’s proxy. A legal counsel by education, she specializes in M&A transactions of companies and products, in pharmaceutical law, and recently also in arbitration and mediation. She is a mediator certified by CEDR (London) and Vice Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee at Medicines for Europe. Agnieszka has a wealth of legal and business experience in Poland, CEE and CIS countries. In 2021, she was named among Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by “Forbes Women”.
