In the Polish edition of the Universum Talent Survey 2026, 4,831 students representing seven main fields of study took part. In the Natural Sciences category, they rated Polpharma the highest.
This distinction is particularly important because it reflects the real preferences of young talents standing at the threshold of their professional careers. The result confirms that Polpharma is perceived as a place that offers opportunities to develop skills, gain experience and participate in projects that have a real impact on patients’ health.
“This is a success for all of us. We build our employer brand every day through a culture of collaboration, skills development, innovation and work that has a real impact on the health of millions of people. This recognition for Polpharma confirms that these efforts are also noticed by those who will be entering the labour market in the coming years,” says Katarzyna Sejwa, Head of Strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Polpharma Group.
Polpharma’s leading position in the Universum ranking is the result of long-term efforts in talent development, building an engaging work environment and collaborating with the academic community. The company consistently invests in development programmes, internships and traineeships, as well as initiatives that support the growth of future specialists for the healthcare sector.
As the largest Polish pharmaceutical manufacturer and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the region, Polpharma employs experts representing many fields of science and business. This enables young people to gain experience not only in research and development, production and quality, but also in business, digital and operational functions.
About the Universum Most Attractive Employers ranking
The Most Attractive Employers ranking is based on the opinions of students who first indicate companies they would consider as potential employers and then select up to five of the most attractive employers from among them. The results reflect the strength of an employer brand among future candidates entering the labour market.
