Another Fair Play Enterprise Certificate for Polpharma

The idea behind the programme is to encourage all companies in Poland to adhere to the principles of ethics and to introduce the necessary changes, not only as regards internal work organization, but also as regards shaping a positive relationship with the local community and protecting the natural environment. Polpharma has been participating in the competition since 2016. 280 certificates were awarded in this year’s 21st edition of Fair Play Enterprise programme. Throughout the 21 years of the programme’s history, almost 11,000 companies have applied for the certificates and almost 2,500 have been certified as Fair Play Enterprises.

The programme lasts all though the year and is divided into two stages. In the first stage, companies apply to take part in the programme. They file the necessary documentation and an audit is then carried out to verify whether the information is correct. The companies which achieve the required number of points advance to the next stage. The candidates are ultimately short-listed by the Programme Jury which consists of representatives of business support institutions, the scientific community and the media, as well as representatives of local governments and experienced businesspeople.
