- We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- performance of the contract
- to make tax settlements and keep accounting records – in connection with our obligations under tax law and accounting regulations
- the defence, establishment or assertion of possible claims between us and you – based on our legitimate interest
- the creation of anonymised statistical data for the Transparency Report – based on our legitimate interest
- You have the right to:
- access to their personal data,
- requests for rectification
- request their removal,
- request to restrict or object to their processing,
- portability of personal data – i.e. to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- You may request that we forward your personal data to another controller.

- The companies of the ZF Polpharma group apply the code of the organisation Medicines for Europe. Accordingly, we are obliged to prepare and publish a Transparency Report. For this purpose, We may entrust the processing of your personal data. The personal data that will be included in the report will be anonymised and aggregated to statistical data.

- We will publish a transparency report by 30 June of the year following the year in which the event took place.
- We will process anonymised statistical data as part of the Transparency Report for a period of 3 years after publication. After this period, We will process your data until the statute of limitations for claims.
