Pelplińska 19 (“Polpharma S.A.”).Polpharma BH, Medana, and Polpharma S.A., are all members of the POLPHARMA Group, a leading manufacturer of medicinal products in Poland. The business combination fulfils one of the Group’s transformation objectives, which is to simplify management structures and processes in order to increase operational efficiency.We emphasize that, as a result of the business combination, Polpharma S.A., effective from the business combination date, i.e. 1 April 2021, assumed all the rights and obligations of Polpharma BH and Medana. Effective from the business combination date, Polpharma S.A., by operation of law, became a party to all the contracts without the need to amend them by way of amendments and is required to meet all the existing obligations of Polpharma BH and Medana thereunder.
