Polpharma obtains ISO 37001 certification
We are pleased to announce that Polpharma has obtained certification of compliance with the international standard ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management Systems, which specifies requirements for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of anti-bribery management systems.
The certification was carried out by an independent external audit body, Bureau Veritas, and confirms that our organization meets the highest standards in the field of anti-corruption.
The certificate covers ZF Polpharma S.A. – 100% of our sites: Starogard Gdański, Warsaw, Duchnice, Sieradz, and Nowa Dęba.
As part of the certification process, audits were carried out at 80% of our sites (in Starogard Gdański, Warsaw, Duchnice, and Sieradz), which allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the implemented anti-corruption management system.
The ISO 37001 certificate has been granted for a specified period and will be subject to regular recertification audits. As part of the continuous improvement of the anti-corruption management system, we plan to further develop and strengthen mechanisms to prevent irregularities.
Therefore, in subsequent audit cycles, we plan to cover 100% of ZF Polpharma S.A. locations, including the factory in Nowa Dęba.
Obtaining the ISO 37001:2016 certificate is not only formal confirmation of compliance with the standard – it is above all an expression of our commitment to building a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsibility. The certification is the result of the systematic work of the entire Polpharma team.
The ISO 37001:2016 certification marks an important milestone in strengthening our ethical culture and goes hand in hand with the Senior Management’s declaration in which Senior Management declares its full commitment to implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving an anti-corruption management system that complies with the requirements of PN-ISO 37001
