We cooperate with the Polish and Ukrainian authorities, non-governmental organizations and authorized institutions so that our help reaches the places where it is most needed.
In the first 3 weeks of the war, through the Government Strategic Reserves Agency, we donated over 350,000 packages of life-saving drugs, including antibiotics and drugs used in emergency medicine, which were most lacking in hospitals in Ukraine.
The second shipment of our drugs, organized in recent weeks in cooperation with the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and Caritas of the Ełk Diocese, contained over 660,000 packages of antibiotics, cardiological drugs and pediatric products. They have already arrived at hospitals in Pervomańsk, Mikołajewo, Irpień, Lviv, Drohobycz, Borysław, Chmielnicki, Kamieniec Podolski, Wierzbowiec and Odessa.
The third donation, which will be shipped to Ukraine in the coming days in cooperation with the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves, will cover over 92,000 packages of anesthetic drugs and strong painkillers used in the treatment of the wounded.
Some of the products donated to the sick in Ukraine are the result of special actions that took place at the production plants of Polpharma and Polfa Warszawa. Thanks to the commitment of our employees who undertook additional voluntary work on their day off, it was possible to produce additional series of much needed products, such as morphine, fentanyl, tramadol and pediatric drugs.
